● Use a mild laundry detergent

● High heat can cause damage to the print

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display every color correctly.

• We gladly offer a 14-day return policy. You can return or exchange your order(s) as long as the products are in an eligible and new condition 

• As an act of generosity and solidarity with the environment, the return shipment should be sent back in our original packaging, which is reusable and compostable 

• Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items 

• We bear the costs of repackaging the returned items in their original condition

• Please note that we don't accept the return of ineligible products

• We kindly ask to please try-on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, 

as this could cause the item to be non-returnable

EXCHANGES

• To exchange the item you ordered, please make a separate purchase for the new item

• If packages are returned to FAMOUS WITH BRAIN due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost

REFUND

• Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us 

• Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution
