Using Baking Soda and Water

● Make a homemade cleaning paste by mixing one-part water and three parts baking soda in a small bowl. 

● Wet the silver and use a soft, microfiber cloth or sponge to apply the paste. 

● Work in a small area at a time and gently rub in circles to remove the tarnish. 

● Rinse away the baking soda paste with cool water, and immediately use a microfiber cloth to dry and buff the silver to shine.

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach or other strong chemicals. Store your silver jewelry away from heat, and out of sunlight, in a cool and dark place. Avoid storing multiple pieces of jewelry together, so that they don’t become tangled or scratched.

• We gladly offer a 14-day return policy. You can return or exchange your order(s) as long as the products are in an eligible and new condition 

• As an act of generosity and solidarity with the environment, the return shipment should be sent back in our original packaging, which is reusable and compostable 

• Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items 

• We bear the costs of repackaging the returned items in their original condition

as this could cause the item to be non-returnable

EXCHANGES

• To exchange the item you ordered, please make a separate purchase for the new item

• If packages are returned to FAMOUS WITH BRAIN due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost

REFUND

• Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us 

• Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution
